Grinding and drying routes for polishing powders and sensitive electronic chemicals, selected around material form, contamination limits and solvent content.
Electronic Materials
Electronic-material processing spans distinct feed and powder requirements. The rare-earth polishing powder line couples wet deagglomeration with spray drying, while the photoresist and photoinitiator drying solution addresses temperature sensitivity and solvent removal. These routes require different decisions about grinding, drying atmosphere and product recovery.
For suitable viscous resin intermediates, review the conical vacuum dryer as an agitated indirect-heating option. Fluidizable powders may instead call for a configured closed-cycle fluid-bed route. Provide feed form, composition, solvent, temperature limit, contamination criteria and target residual liquid, together with particle or polishing requirements where relevant. Trials and engineering then establish the equipment and operating conditions.

Photoresist & Photoinitiator Low-Temperature Drying System
Longxin selects low-temperature drying routes for suitable photoinitiators, photoresist-related chemicals and viscous resin intermediates according to material form and solvent. An inert-gas closed-cycle fluid bed can be configured for suitable powders; a mixed conical vacuum dryer is an alternative for viscous or high-solids feeds. Oxygen control, solvent recovery and containment are engineered for the actual material and plant conditions.Read More → -

Rare-Earth Polishing Powder Grinding & Spray Drying Line
Longxin's rare-earth polishing-powder route couples wet deagglomeration in a WSP high-flow pin-type bead mill with centrifugal spray drying and fine-powder recovery. The process is intended for suitable cerium-rich slurries where hard agglomerates and drying-induced re-agglomeration affect powder consistency. Grinding media, slurry solids, atomizer and collection system are selected from material testing.Read More →
