Longxin shipped an intelligent LFP spray drying production line with a designed annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes to South Korea, demonstrating its engineering, manufacturing and overseas project-delivery capabilities.

Project Delivery for LFP Material Production
On August 2, Longxin completed the shipment of an intelligent lithium iron phosphate (LFP) spray drying production line with a designed annual capacity of 10,000 tonnes. The equipment was dispatched from the Jiangyin manufacturing base and loaded onto 16 transport vehicles for delivery to South Korea.
The project covers more than a single spray dryer. It combines material handling, atomization, hot-air distribution, drying, powder collection, process control and supporting systems into an integrated production solution for battery-material manufacturing.
Process Engineering for Stable LFP Powder Quality
LFP drying requires careful control of temperature history, particle formation and powder flowability. Longxin applies process simulation and equipment optimization to match the drying system to the material properties and the target production conditions.
Key engineering considerations include uniform hot-air distribution, stable atomization, controlled residence time and reduced wall deposition. CFD-assisted airflow design is used to evaluate the drying chamber, hot-air distributor and exhaust path before final equipment configuration.

Designed for Efficient and Maintainable Operation
The production line integrates heat-management, variable-frequency control and automated process monitoring to improve operational efficiency. Modular equipment design also makes inspection, cleaning and maintenance more practical for continuous industrial production.
For projects with different formulas or capacity targets, the operating parameters can be adjusted around feed concentration, atomization conditions, inlet and outlet temperatures and airflow. This allows the process configuration to be matched to the customer’s LFP material and production requirements.

From Process Testing to EPC Delivery
Longxin supports battery-material projects from laboratory and pilot testing through engineering scale-up and complete-line delivery. The company’s process facilities include grinding, dispersion, spray drying and related powder-processing equipment for validating material behavior before industrial production.
For overseas projects, the engineering scope can include process design, equipment manufacturing, system integration, factory acceptance testing, installation guidance and commissioning support. This project shipment to South Korea is another example of Longxin’s capability to deliver integrated powder-processing systems to international battery-material manufacturers.
Planning an LFP or Battery-Material Production Line?
For new LFP projects, production-line upgrades or process scale-up, the equipment configuration should be based on actual slurry properties, required particle characteristics, capacity and downstream process conditions. Longxin can support process evaluation and equipment selection before a complete line is finalized.
