At CHINACOAT 2025 in Shanghai, Longxin presented equipment and integrated solutions for grinding, dispersion, powder handling and intelligent coating production.
Meeting the Coatings Industry in Shanghai
CHINACOAT 2025 was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from November 25 to 27. At booth E3.E41, Longxin met coating, ink, adhesive, sealant and raw-material manufacturers to discuss production challenges ranging from dispersion quality to automation and cleaner material handling.
The exhibition gave visitors a close look at Longxin’s approach to combining individual process machines with integrated production-line engineering.
Equipment and Systems on Display
Longxin presented equipment for different stages of coating and pigment production. The display included automatic three-roll mills for high-viscosity formulations, horizontal bead mills for fine grinding and dispersion, and enclosed powder feeding systems designed to reduce dust and manual handling.
The company also introduced integrated coating production concepts covering raw-material dosing, dispersion, grinding, blending, color adjustment, filling and production-data management. For upstream powder and pigment producers, Longxin provides combined wet-grinding and spray-drying solutions where particle-size control and downstream powder properties must be considered together.
From Laboratory Trials to Production Scale
Choosing a mill or production line depends on more than nominal capacity. Product viscosity, target fineness, heat sensitivity, cleaning requirements, batch size and formulation change frequency all affect equipment selection.
Longxin supports customers with material testing, process validation and scale-up before a final configuration is confirmed. This is particularly useful for new water-based coatings, nano-dispersions, specialty pigments and other formulations where laboratory results must be translated into stable industrial production.
Engineering Discussions Beyond the Exhibition
During the exhibition, discussions focused on equipment selection, line automation, process consistency and production upgrades. Customers evaluating a new plant or an existing-line retrofit can work with Longxin on process layout, equipment matching, automation and commissioning as one coordinated project.
