Celebrating a Major Milestone
On the morning of July 16, 2026, Changzhou Longxin Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (stock abbreviation: Longxin Intelligent; stock code: 920117) officially listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange. Following its successful listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ), commonly known as the New Third Board, in 2024, this represents another important capital-market milestone. A bell-ringing ceremony was held at the Beijing Stock Exchange to celebrate the occasion.

Ringing the Bell and Beginning a New Chapter
On July 16, 2026, the ringing of the bell in the Beijing Stock Exchange listing hall marked Longxin’s official debut on the exchange.
Government representatives from Changzhou, representatives of the sponsoring institution, strategic partners and the company’s core management team gathered to witness this milestone. Longxin has now begun a new phase of high-quality development driven by technological innovation and access to capital.

Years of Preparation Lead to the Capital Market
Longxin’s path to listing has been built over many years. Founded in 2001, the company began with grinding equipment for traditional inks and coatings. Recognising the opportunities created by the rapid growth of new energy materials, it successfully evolved into a pioneer in equipment and automated production lines for high-performance micro- and nanoscale composite materials.
In June 2025, Longxin formally submitted its IPO application to the Beijing Stock Exchange, seeking funding for capacity expansion and technology research and development. Despite challenges during the review process, including cyclical industry adjustments and fluctuations in gross margins, the company’s technical foundations and reputation supported a strong order book and a stabilising recovery in overall performance. On February 11, 2026, it passed the review of the Beijing Stock Exchange Listing Committee.
After five months of registration and issuance preparations, Longxin reached this milestone in midsummer, completing its transition from a New Third Board company to a Beijing Stock Exchange-listed company.

Innovation Builds Core Competitiveness
Technological innovation is central to Longxin’s development and underpins its successful listing. As a nationally recognised specialised and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise, Longxin Group has long focused on bead mills, three-roll mills, drying equipment and core technologies for nanomaterial preparation. It has obtained more than 100 invention and utility model patents.
Building on this expertise, Longxin has expanded beyond the development and manufacture of individual machines into complete production-line integration and smart factory solutions. Its highly automated, digital production lines help customers improve efficiency and product quality. This innovation-led approach has earned the trust of major global new energy customers, including CATL and CALB, establishing Longxin as a dependable supplier of core equipment in the new energy supply chain.

Capital Supports the Next Stage of Growth
The listing is a new starting point as Longxin pursues opportunities in advanced materials. The global new energy sector is undergoing structural adjustment and technological change, with emerging routes such as solid-state and sodium-ion batteries placing greater demands on upstream production equipment.
With support from the capital market, Longxin will accelerate its investment projects, develop digital factories, expand production capacity and address delivery bottlenecks. Its upgraded research centre will support forward-looking work in next-generation ultrafine powder processing and other emerging technologies. The enhanced profile and broader financing channels associated with the listing will also help optimise the company’s capital structure, lower financing costs and strengthen resilience. Longxin will accelerate its international development, consolidate its domestic position and expand its global allocation of resources and market presence, bringing Chinese intelligent equipment to the worldwide transition to greener energy.
Working Together for the Future
Longxin participates in both the capital market and the development of the industrial supply chain. The company will continue to strengthen collaborative innovation with upstream and downstream partners. It will use this listing as an opportunity to support the development of intelligent equipment manufacturing clusters in China and contribute to Changzhou’s standing as a centre for new energy.
In response to the opportunities created by global carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, Longxin will remain committed to specialised expertise, precision, distinctive capabilities and innovation, extending micro- and nanomaterial preparation technology into a wider range of applications.
