Visit Longxin at ICIF China 2026

Longxin will participate in ICIF China 2026 from September 15 to 17 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Visitors can meet the Longxin team at booth E4E05 to discuss drying, grinding and integrated powder-processing solutions for chemical, pharmaceutical and advanced-material production.

As chemical manufacturers focus on lower energy consumption, safer solvent handling, tighter product consistency and more automated production, process equipment needs to be designed around the complete material route. Longxin will use ICIF 2026 to present several technologies developed for demanding chemical applications.

Closed-loop pneumatic spray drying for oxygen-sensitive and solvent-containing materials

For materials that are sensitive to oxidation or contain organic solvents, a closed-loop drying system can reduce contact with atmospheric oxygen and provide a controlled process environment. Longxin closed-loop pneumatic spray drying uses nitrogen or another suitable inert gas as the circulating medium, with oxygen monitoring and gas-management functions integrated into the system design.

The process can also be combined with solvent condensation and recovery. Final configuration depends on solvent properties, required oxygen level, feed characteristics, explosion-risk assessment and local plant standards. These systems are typically considered for specialty chemicals, catalysts, advanced materials and other products where open-air drying is not suitable.

Superheated steam spray drying for heat and energy integration

Longxin is also developing superheated-steam drying routes for applications where steam can replace air as the drying medium. The technology can be attractive when the process benefits from an oxygen-free environment or when heat recovery and steam reuse can be integrated into the overall plant energy balance.

For spray drying applications, atomization, steam-flow design, condensation, heat recovery and powder collection must be evaluated as one system. Depending on the product, fluidization can also be added downstream to support final drying, conditioning or granulation.

Fluid bed drying for particles and granules

For free-flowing particles and suitable granular products, fluid bed drying provides intensive gas-solid contact and can be configured for continuous production. Longxin fluid bed systems can use multi-zone process control so that air temperature and flow can be adjusted to match the drying curve of the material.

Optional agitation or other internals can be considered for materials that tend to agglomerate or channel. The final design depends on particle size, bulk density, initial moisture, final moisture and sensitivity to mechanical handling.

Nano grinding plus spray drying production lines

Many advanced chemical materials require both fine wet grinding and controlled powder formation. Longxin integrates nano bead milling with precision spray drying and automated material handling to create a continuous or semi-continuous process route from slurry preparation to finished powder.

The grinding stage is selected according to target particle size, abrasiveness and contamination requirements. The drying stage is then matched to slurry viscosity, solids content and required powder morphology. Centralized controls can connect the process data across the line, helping operators monitor production conditions and maintain repeatable batches.

Filtration, washing and vacuum drying for fine chemicals

For fine chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates and other products that require solid-liquid separation before drying, Longxin offers process combinations using filtration, washing and single-cone vacuum drying. Separating the high-efficiency filtration and washing step from the final vacuum drying stage can provide more flexibility than a single multifunction vessel in some applications.

This route can also support closed handling when the material or solvent requires containment. Equipment materials, sealing, cleaning design, solvent recovery and automation are configured according to the process and plant requirements.

Discuss your process at booth E4E05

Longxin supports customers from laboratory testing and process development through equipment manufacturing and complete-line engineering. If you are evaluating a new chemical powder process, upgrading an existing dryer or looking for a more integrated grinding and drying line, bring your material data and process targets to the Longxin team at ICIF China 2026.

Exhibition dates: September 15-17, 2026. Venue: Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Longxin booth: E4E05.
