The 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2026) was scheduled for May 13–15, 2026 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Longxin invited battery-material manufacturers, engineering teams and industry partners to visit booth 8T051 for technical discussions.
The focus of the exhibition was not a single machine, but the processing chain required to move advanced battery materials from formulation and particle-size control to drying, thermal treatment, slurry preparation and recycling.
Battery-Material Processing Technologies
Longxin’s equipment portfolio for new-energy materials covers wet and dry grinding, fine dispersion, centrifugal spray drying, controlled-atmosphere thermal processing, high-speed mixing and supporting powder-handling systems.
These technologies can be configured for materials such as lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese iron phosphate, sodium-ion cathode materials, solid-state electrolyte powders and silicon-carbon anode materials. The final equipment selection depends on material properties, target particle size, temperature sensitivity, atmosphere requirements and production capacity.
From Material Testing to Industrial Scale-Up
For new battery chemistries, equipment selection should be supported by actual process data. Longxin provides laboratory and pilot-scale testing to evaluate grinding, dispersion, spray drying and related process conditions before industrial scale-up.
