Longxin configures centrifugal spray drying for PVC paste resin emulsions and dispersions. Feed filtration, atomization, controlled hot-air contact and powder collection are coordinated to match the resin grade, residual moisture and target powder characteristics. Wall-protection and heat-recovery measures can be considered where the material and plant conditions support them.

Longxin's CPE route starts with airflow or flash pre-drying of wet chlorinated polyethylene filter cake, then transfers material to multi-zone continuous fluid-bed drying and a separate cooling bed. The stages are coordinated to remove moisture while managing CPE temperature and agglomeration behavior. Wet-cake moisture, throughput, product-temperature limit and utilities determine the process design.

Longxin selects low-temperature drying routes for suitable photoinitiators, photoresist-related chemicals and viscous resin intermediates according to material form and solvent. An inert-gas closed-cycle fluid bed can be configured for suitable powders; a mixed conical vacuum dryer is an alternative for viscous or high-solids feeds. Oxygen control, solvent recovery and containment are engineered for the actual material and plant conditions.

Longxin's rare-earth polishing-powder route couples wet deagglomeration in a WSP high-flow pin-type bead mill with centrifugal spray drying and fine-powder recovery. The process is intended for suitable cerium-rich slurries where hard agglomerates and drying-induced re-agglomeration affect powder consistency. Grinding media, slurry solids, atomizer and collection system are selected from material testing.

Longxin's CNT route prepares and atomizes pumpable conductive-additive slurry for spray drying, then uses selected fine-powder filtration and contained collection. A two-fluid nozzle can be assessed for difficult high-viscosity feeds, while pre-dispersion is specified when agglomerates affect feeding. Material and pilot tests guide the drying route and powder-recovery configuration.

Longxin's dry flowable (DF) agrochemical route combines premixing, wet grinding, slurry conditioning, pressure atomization, spray drying and granule recovery. A high-flow disc bead mill handles the front-end grinding stage in the described configuration.
